All plans include Biovity’s complete ATS for managing the full recruitment lifecycle:

Upgrading and downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from your organization dashboard:

1. Access billing settings

   Navigate to Settings > Billing & Plans in your organization dashboard

2. Choose new plan

   Review available plans and select the one that fits your needs

3. Confirm change

   Changes apply immediately with prorated billing for remaining days in your cycle

When downgrading, ensure your active job postings don’t exceed the new plan’s limit. You may need to deactivate some postings before downgrading.

Payment methods

Biovity accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank transfer
• Webpay (Chilean payment system)
• Monthly invoicing (Enterprise plans)

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
2. No refunds for partial months
3. You can reactivate your subscription anytime
4. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation

Special programs

Startup discount

Early-stage startups may qualify for special pricing. Requirements:

• Founded within the last 2 years
• Fewer than 10 employees
• Chilean-registered company

Academic institutions

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately with prorated billing based on remaining days in your billing cycle.

What if I need more job postings?

You can upgrade to a higher plan or contact us for custom Enterprise pricing if you need more than 20 active postings.

Is there a contract commitment?

No long-term contracts required for Free, Pro, and Business plans. You can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans may include annual agreements depending on custom terms.

How does AI Matching work?

AI Matching uses machine learning to analyze job requirements and candidate profiles, suggesting the best matches based on experience, skills, location, and preferences. Available on Pro plans and above.
